Services

Service scope, deliverables, and fees are defined in each client agreement or proposal. Campaign results depend on many factors and specific outcomes are not guaranteed unless stated in writing.

Payments

Management fees are billed monthly in advance unless agreed otherwise. Third-party ad spend (Google, Meta, etc.) is paid directly by the client to the platform.

Intellectual Property

Creative assets produced for a client become the client’s property upon full payment. Our internal tools, processes, and templates remain our property.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for changes made by advertising platforms.
